International Centre for the Promotion of Human Rights at the Local and Regional Levels set up in Graz

After engaging in the local and regional implementation of human rights for more than 20 years, the European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy has now become the International Centre for the Promotion of Human Rights at the Local and Regional Levels under the auspices of UNESCO. With the support of local, regional and federal donors and partners, this new Centre will engage in research, capacity-building and international cooperation as a clearing-house for human rights at the local and regional levels.
