Lehrveranstaltung: Die Menschenrechtskonvention in Theorie und Praxis

Ein Blick hinter die Kulissen des Europäischen Gerichtshofes für Menschenrechte, des Europarates und des Europäischen Parlamentes findet als Exkursion nach Straßburg vom 17.-19. Juni 2018 statt.

Der Kurs besteht aus 2 Teilen und wird in englischer Sprache abgehalten.

B Exkursion nach Straßburg 17.-19. Juni 2018

Es werden verschiedene Artikel der Konvention an Hand von Fällen besprochen und ein Einblick in die Europäischen Institutionen in Straßburg gewährt.

Die Kombination aus Theorie und Praxis ermöglicht einen nachhaltigen Einblick in die Materie.
