Human rights affect all disciplines. In order to meet this interdisciplinary challenge, professors from four faculties at the University of Graz provide a comprehensive overview of the content, theories, and methods of human rights research, exploring them from the perspective of differing academic fields, including law, social sciences, the humanities, and theology in this Doctoral Programme.
It is addressed to doctoral students of all fields of study at the University of Graz, who explore questions of human rights in their dissertation project and who want to have the opportunity to exchange their views with colleagues from other universities, presenting their projects to a broad international audience. A part of the blocked Doctoral Programme takes place as a PhD-workshop in Venice. The Doctoral Programme will be held in English.
