You are interested in human rights and their judicial protection at the European level, especially the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)? You are advanced in your legal studies and specialised in international law/international relations? Are you an Erasmus+-law student looking for courses in English? Do you want to improve your legal English and strengthen your international experience? Do you want to delve into a fictional, highly topical case drafted by European Court of Human Rights experts and take part in an all-European international competition, the Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition (HPMCC - formerly the European Human Rights Moot Court Competition)? Do you want to improve your legal writing by drafting written submissions and to enhance your oral pleading skills? Do you want to plead against teams from all across Europe on the premises of the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights during the HPMCC finals? Do you want to represent the University of Graz in the event and win (paid) internships?
If you answered all, many or at least some of the above questions with "Yes, of course!", apply now for the Praktika European Human Rights Moot Court I-III (both taught by ao.Univ.-Prof. Mag.
