The conference was organized by the Center for European and Comparative Legal Studies (CEJEC) in cooperation with the Université Paris Nanterre. Several panel discussions were held, where, in particular, the issues of the functioning of justice during the war were considered; relations between Ukraine and the EU in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war; peculiarities of legal qualification and prosecution of war crimes. Svitlana Andreichenko made a presentation on the creation of the Special International Criminal Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.
