Auszeichnung für Universitätsassistent Elias Faller für seine Diplomarbeit zu verübergehendem Schutz im Flüchtlingsrecht

Der Linda Rauter Preis wird für herausragende Leistungen junger Juristinnen und Juristen im Rahmen der Diplomarbeit vergeben. In diesem Jahr erhielt Universitätsassistent Elias Faller vom UNI-ETC für seine Diplomarbeit mit dem Titel " From permanent stay to permanent temporariness: The Implications of the EU Temporary Protection Directive for International Refugee Law" neben fünf weiteren Preisträger:innen diese Auszeichnung.
