Heras+ project meeting at the University of Graz

The Uni-ETC was pleased to welcome project partners of the University of Haxhi Zeka from the 9th May till the 13th May 2022 at a project coordination meeting and a “Methodology workshop” at the University of Graz in the framework of the EU funded project “HERAS+ – Higher Education, Research and Applied Science Plus (Kosovo)”.

The aim of the visit was beside discussing the research progress and providing feedback on the article, to use the infrastructure of the University of Graz and to conduct research in the official library of the University of Graz. This project is aimed at promoting international scientific cooperation and academic networks between Austrian researchers and Kosovan researchers in the field of post-war justice. Scientific methods and research results have been exchanged between the two universities and in particular early-stage Kosovan researchers are supported. At the end of the project an article will be submitted for publication in an international peer-reviewed journal or edited volume. Besides conducting reserach about this topic of great importance in these times, a Regional Scientific Network for researchers on post-war justice systems coordinated by the University of Haxhi Zeka to ensure a long-lasting and sustainable exchange of knowledge on questions related to rule of law principles in post-conflict societies within the region will be implemented.
