EMA Online Open Day

(c) Global Campus of Human Rights

Join the very first EMA Online Open Day on Wednesday 18 January 2023 at 2pm CET!

European Master’s Programme in Human Rights and Democratisation (EMA) is a one-year advanced master’s course aimed at educating professionals in the field of human rights and democratisation. EMA is both a residential and an exchange programme. The first semester from September to January is organised at the Global Campus of Human Rights premises in Venice and the second semester from February to July takes place in one of the 42 participating universities within the member states of the European Union, the UK and Switzerland. The multidisciplinary EMA Programme includes lectures, seminars, workshops, tutorials, skill-building sessions and individual research.

The EMA online Open Day offers you an opportunity to learn more about the Master's programme. The EMA Programme Director, one of the current EMA Students Representatives, an EMA alumna from a.y. 2021/2022, and a representative of the faculty teaching on the Programme will briefly introduce the Programme and its key features, including its skill building activities, second semester mobility, field study trip, joint degree and Internship Programme. A longer Q&A session will follow, where you can ask your questions and learn more about the overall EMA experience, from application to career pathways.

Deadline for non-EU and scholarship applicants: 13 February 2023.
Deadline for EU self-funded applicants: 18 April 2023.
