Elias Faller
Elias Faller is research and teaching assistant (Univ.-Ass.) at the European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy. He is involved in teaching and research in human rights and is writing his doctoral dissertation on refugee law. His main areas of interest include questions of human rights theory, links between human rights issues and general international law or other related fields of law, and the relationship between refugee law and international human rights protection. Due to his studies in translation studies, translation-specific issues, particularly in the context of asylum procedures, also play a role in his work.
