UNESCO Chair Gerd Oberleitner is DAAD Visiting Professor at the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (Ruhr University Bochum) in the summer term 2020, where he teaches in the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree Programme in International Humanitarian Action (NOHA+), an inter-university multidisciplinary postgraduate programme that provides high quality academic education and professional competences for personnel working or intending to work in the area of humanitarian action.
