The Chinnam National University Center for Regional Development, the International Center for the Promotion of Human Rights at the Local and Regional Levels under the auspices of UNESCO, and the UNESCO Chair in Human Rights and Human Security, University of Graz are co-hosting a special session titled "Human Rights Paper Session II". Paper submissions to be presented related to "Human Rights and Local Governments" and relevant sub-themes are invited.
